I provide virtual individual and couples therapy from my home office. Teletherapy increases access to care by eliminating travel time and allows you to participate from a convenient, comfortable location. Sessions are conducted via phone, computer, or tablet.

  • Couples sessions provide a space for partners to meet together and focus on strengthening communication while navigating relationship shifts that arise throughout life. My approach supports couples in reducing emotional distance and fostering understanding, particularly as they manage the practical demands of daily life such as household responsibilities, parenting, and financial stressors.

    Together, we will identify shared goals and work toward rebuilding connection, enhancing collaboration, and nurturing a renewed sense of closeness and care within the relationship.

Initial Intake

Initial session to fully understand the needs of the individual or couple. $180

Individual Therapy

Ongoing sessions to move towards your personal goals. $160 per session

Couple’s Therapy

Ongoing sessions with you and your partner(s). $180 per session

I do not bill insurance directly and am considered an out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for services received from an out-of-network clinician. I encourage clients to contact their insurance provider to better understand their specific benefits and coverage.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I accept all major credit cards.

    Then we will begin with an Initial Intake Session. In this session, I will gather as much information about you and what brings you to treatment. We will also establish goals.

    I typically encourage once weekly for ongoing therapy sessions in order to build on our progress. This is frequently assessed and changes based on client needs.

Choosing a private-pay option allows me to maintain a higher level of confidentiality in your care while also providing greater flexibility in treatment. Without the constraints of insurance requirements, we have more autonomy in determining the focus of our work and the pace at which we move toward your goals. Private-pay also supports the use of individualized treatment approaches that are best suited to your unique needs.

  • In our time together we will focus on behavioral and cognitive strategies for your mental health. I am not a prescriber and do not hold a medical license. If you feel medications can help you towards your goals, we can discuss this in session together. I have several trusted providers that I can provide refers for.
