Roughly 1 in 5 adults experience symptoms of anxiety.
Roughly 1 in 8 adults experience symptoms of depression.
Stress has become an almost constant presence in today’s world. Between demanding careers, busy family lives, and the steady stream of news and information, it’s understandable that many individuals experience periods of anxiety or depression. These seasons can feel overwhelming, leaving you uncertain about how to cope or move forward. You do not have to navigate this alone.
With over ten years of experience treating anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, I work collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with what matters most to them. Together, we identify personal values and create meaningful goals that align with the life you want to build. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help uncover patterns of thinking that contribute to anxiety and depression—particularly perfectionistic tendencies and self-critical thoughts—so we can reduce their impact and strengthen healthier, more balanced perspectives.
If the world feels overwhelming or you find yourself questioning whether you’re “getting it right,” know that support is available. You deserve guidance, understanding, and a space to work through these challenges with someone alongside you.
